The 2020 Convening for TransDisciplinary Equity Solutions is the first annual conference bringing together academics, activists, and industry-practitioners representing multiple human-centered fields to workshop and produce a multi-medium, action-oriented, solutions for equity publication. 

The cornerstone of the six-month process is a week-long writing conference. Each selected delegate will author a written product that includes actionable guidelines that other industry-practitioners can access and integrate into their personal and institutional work dismantling bias. 

Much fundamental work has been done documenting inequality within specific communities and various fields. ConTDES takes this baton and aims to futurise a society shifted, define how to achieve the possibilities in practice, and center the re-imagining on individuals at the intersections of multiple marginalised communities.
